Privacy Policy

Your financial data stays in your browser

RothPilot's optimizer runs entirely client-side, in JavaScript, in your own browser. The income, account balances, and other financial inputs you enter are never sent to our servers. They are stored only in your browser's localStorage, on your own device, so your numbers are there next time you open the page and gone if you clear your browser data.

What we do process

• Email address, waitlist. If you join the waitlist, your email is collected through Tally, our form provider, so we can notify you at launch.
• Email address, purchase. If you buy a license, your email is collected by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, to deliver your license key and send purchase-related communication.

We use these email addresses only for license delivery, launch notifications, and occasional product updates. We do not sell your email address, and we do not use it for advertising.

What we don't do

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this site. We do not have access to your financial inputs, your brokerage or retirement accounts, or your tax filings.

Third parties we rely on

• Tally — waitlist form hosting.
• Paddle — payment processing; Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. license keys).
• Cloudflare — website hosting.

Each of these providers processes the minimum data needed to perform their function and is subject to their own privacy policy.

Data deletion

To have your email address removed from our waitlist or purchase records, contact hello@rothpilot.com and we will process the request promptly.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
